OPDP is governed by the Board of Directors and Secretariat. The board oversees the overall management of OPDP to ensure adherence to the regulatory framework and smooth running of all its activities towards the achievement of the set goals and accomplishment of its mission.
The Secretariat is tasked with managing the day-to-day operations of OPDP including actual fundraising, designing and implementing projects as monitoring their progress and evaluating their success.
